Mike was an invaluable member of the executive team. Through his thoughtful collaborative process, he helped us navigate some big changes to our ICP, product roadmap, and pricing structure. He secured speaking engagements for our team through his thought leadership, and ultimately put us on a path to exit success. I cannot recommend Mike highly enough as an executive leader and partner.

Quick Facts About Me
My goal
Mission-driven tech companies are always seeking to maximize their impact, but timing is everything. Startups have two trajectories: build for scale, or build for sale. Some founders shy away from the latter option, but depending on the market landscape, it can be one of the most effective ways to make a mark on an industry. My goal is to help founders identify the end goal and work backwards to ensure we are in the best possible position to succeed.
My philosophy
When I first became a consultant after several years in corporate, someone gave me sage advice: give your knowledge away for free. Advising founder teams is an excellent way to feel out opportunities before making a commitment.
